SOCH will be hosting a series of mental health workshops to increase awareness and education about what anxiety is and how it can be treated. The sessions will focus on the various ways of coping with anxiety. These interactive workshops will take place in both English & Punjabi from 1-3 pm.
April 15: Counselling for Anxiety (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)
May 13: How Activity Supports Recovery (Behavioural Activation)
June 17: Kundalini Yoga for Anxiety
